Three weeks after Thanos used Infinity Stones to dismantle half-life throughout the universe, Carol Danvers (Captain Marvel) rescues Nebiola and Tony Stark from deep space. They return to the ground and join the remaining avengers (Natasha Romanov, Bruce Banner, Steve Rogers, Rocket, Thor, and James Rhodes), who later came to know Thanos, and intend to retrieve the stones from him to reverse their impact and restore the rest of the team, but Thanos had already destroyed them to prevent their use. Again, prompting an angry ox to behead Thanos.





Five years later, Scott Lang (Ant Man) escapes from the quantum world, and he meets Brumanov and Rogers at the Avengers complex. Scott Lang knows that the quantum world allows time to travel, because only five hours have passed. The three seek help from Tony Stark in recovering the stones from the past so they can return and reverse the influence of Thanos nowadays, but Tony initially refuses for fear of losing his daughter Morgan. But he eventually agrees after contemplating the fate of Peter Parker, working with Banner (who merged with Hulk's body), to stabilize travel in the quantum world. Romanov recovered Clint Barton, now a ruthless murderer after his family disintegrates, while Banner and Rokit Thor find an isolated drunk in Norway in a colony called New Azgard that contains half of the living Azgardians.

Banner, Rogers, Lang and Stark travel to New York City in 2012. Banner visits the witch's headquarters to persuade the president to grant him a time slot; Rogers overcomes Hydra's secret agents and his 2012 version to retrieve the Stone of Mind, while Lang and Stark fail to recover the space stone after he Loki fled by. Rogers and Stark use the last Pym particles to travel to S.H.I.E.L.D. In 1970, a previous version of Space Stone and Pym particle flasks were stolen from Hank Pim so they could return to the present.

Rocket and Thor traveled to Azgard in 2013 to recover the stone of Jane Foster, and Tor received a former hammer Mjolnir. Barton and Romanov travel to Former in 2014 and learn from the Red Stone guard, that it can only be obtained by sacrificing someone he loves, and Barton fights with Ramanov over which one should sacrifice himself, before Romanov sacrifices herself. In Morag the same year, Nebula and Rhodes stole the stone before Peter Cowell could. Rhodes returns to the present with the stone while Nebula is suspended after the interaction of electronic implantation with her 2014 counterpart. Through this Thanos knows from the past what the team is planning through the present Nebula. He then secretly sends Nebula from the past 2014 to the present.

After collecting all the infinite stones nowadays, Banner uses them to recover those lost in the past because of Thanos. Nebula uses the time machine to transport Thanos and his ship to this day, attacking the headquarters of Avengers. He faces Rogers, Thor, and Stark Thanos, and Rogers proves that he can carry a Thor's hammer. However, Thanos overcomes them and calls his army to impose a siege on the ground.

Steven String, who has been returned, now arrives with fellow magicians, other restored avengers, Guardians of the Galaxy, the armies of Azgard, Wakanda and Rangers. To fight Thanos' army alongside Captain Marvel, who is trying to bring the ancient stones back to the past. Thanos seizes the stones and intends to rebuild the universe after its destruction, but Stark steals the stones and analyzes Thanos and his army and later dies from the energy released by the measure.

After Tony Stark's funeral, Thor appointed Valckery as the new Queen of Azgard and joins the Guardians of the Galaxy.

Rogers returns infinite stones to their original places in time, but remains in the past to marry Peggy Carter and live the rest of his life. Nowadays, he returns to them as an elderly man and delivers his shield to Sam Wilson "Falcon".
